Instructions
Under Reference please use your address or the 6 digit order number we emailed you when you set up service with us.
Set the "one-off" debit to today's date.
Leave regular debits & date blank - our system will update the amount each month when we email you your bill.
Upon submission of the form, a one-off debit of $1 will be charged to your bank account which will confirm the direct debit is set up correctly. The $1 will be credited to your account with us.
