1. What happens after all the max speed data is used?
When you've used all your Max Speed data, your mobile data will still work but at slower speeds of around 1.2Mbps. While it may not be as speedy, you'll still stay connected!
Max Speed data will kick in again on the 1st of the month or if you ask us to upgrade your plan.
2. Does a fair use policy apply?
We want you to enjoy our mobile services to the fullest, so here are some friendly guidelines:
Fair Usage: Please use our mobile services reasonably, just like most people do. Avoid excessive or unreasonable usage, and you'll be good to go!
Excessive Use Alert: If we, at Full Flavour, or any third-party networks we work with, reasonably believe that your usage is a bit much or not quite fair, we might have to limit or pause your mobile services. But don't worry, we'll always do this in good faith and with your best interests in mind.
3. What mobile phone network do use?
We'll provision your number on either the 2degrees or Spark network, depending on which one offers the best coverage in your area.
4. How do sim cards work?
Most phones sold in the past four years support eSIM, which is a digital SIM card.
The process of adding an eSIM to your phone is quite straightforward and involves scanning a QR code that we email to you.
If your phone doesn't support eSIM for some reason, we will courier you a traditional SIM card that you can swap with your existing one (an additional $20 H&S fee applies).
One benefit of eSIM is it leaves your regular SIM card slot available which might be useful when travelling overseas as you can take advantage of the better rates and allowances a local travel SIM card provides.
5. Am I locked into a contract?
While you will be required to agree to our Mobile Terms and Standard Terms, you aren't locked into a long-term contract.
We do require 30 days notice to cancel a plan.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes! It's a straightforward process and we'll load your existing number onto a new Full Flavour eSIM or SIM card.
Do you support roaming?
Yes!
For selected countries*, we offer a $30 roaming pack that lasts 14 days, including 300 mins inbound and 300 mins outbound calling, 300 txts and 2GB of data.
In Australia, you also have the option (instead of the $30 roaming pack) to turn on $8 daily roaming which includes unlimited calls & txts plus 1GB of data per day.

Are your speeds limited or as fast as I'd get if I signed up directly with the mobile network you use?
Unlike some other providers that limit your speeds, our speeds are the same that our network provider directly offers their customers. This means you get max speed, including the faster speeds 5G offers.
Can I sign up for your service if I'm not based in Bay of Plenty or Waikato?
Absolutely, Full Flavour Mobile is offered nationwide. We'll either email you an eSIM to load onto your phone or courier you a regular SIM.
How do I get a bundle discount?
If you're already a Full Flavour broadband customer, when you place an order for endless mobile we'll automatically apply a $10 discount to your plan.
If you're not already with us for broadband and would like a bundled plan discount, get in touch!
Can I txt premium numbers?
Yes, but standard SMS charges apply.
Premium numbers are usually 3 or 4 digits, for example a lot of places (doctors, dentists etc) txt appointment reminders and ask you to confirm yes or no to the 4 digit short code.
Will you arrange the cancellation with my old provider?
Yes and no. On the switch date, your old provider will discover the number has been switched away from them.
However (and this, in particular, applies to 'on account' customers), you may have contractual obligations to let your old provider know you are canceling and give them an amount of notice.
If you don't tell your old provider in advance of switching to us, they may for example charge you for another month.
If you're 'prepaid', we suggest requesting a switching date that is 1-2 days just before your plan renews.
If you are 'on account', check how much notice you need to give, give your old provider the required notice and then request a switching date for 1-2 days before the end date with your old provider.
