New Waikite Valley wireless repeaters live

We're very excited to commission two new towers this week in the Waikite Valley. Positioned up on the hill above Waikite Valley School, we've commissioned a tower that covers the greater Waikite Valley area and a smaller repeater on the other side of the hill covering the northern end of Te Kopia Road.

Households within line-of-sight of either of these two towers can now receive high speed unlimited rural wireless broadband.

Special thanks to the Schweizer family for hosting the towers on their property (and assistance pouring concrete), and Angela Brown who has been the advocate for better broadband in this area and put us in touch with the Schweizers as well as other founding customers for this project.
