Are you considering using a satellite provider to get your internet connection? If so, you probably want to consider using Full Flavour, a local Wireless ISP (WISP) instead.
First up, while we use wireless technology to connect you and we do install a dish antenna on your roof, it's not satellite. We build and maintain our own network of ground-based repeaters.
Using a local WISP offers a number of advantages over satellite providers. For one thing, you can expect better customer service and more personalised attention. We have a phone number that you can call for assistance, so you can get help quickly if you ever have an issue with your connection. Plus, if your equipment ever breaks, a technician is typically heading to your place with a fix on the next working day, rather than having to wait several weeks for equipment to arrive from overseas.
Because our repeaters are typically located only a few kilometers from your property, and they only serve your nearby neighbours, we're able to provide consistent speeds that don't slow down over time. With satellite however, connections slows as more people start using the service.
Finally, Full Flavour is more affordable prices than satellite. We offer a lower monthly cost, and installations are subsidised.
Overall, we think it's worth considering a local provider if you're looking for an internet connection where you can expect better customer service, reliable speeds, and affordable pricing.
